职位信息
- 岗位职责：
- 1.pick up the material according to order requirement.
根据订单要求领取所需原料，
2.strictly follow Sop to production and finished the order on quality and on time.
严格按工艺规范生产，按质按量按时完成订单。
3.control the waste, reduce the scrap , fill the record and every sheet
生产过程中，控制原材料的损耗，尽量将废品降到最低，并按要求做好日常生产记录，按要求及时填写好停机差异表和其它报表。
4.control the changeover time in order to meet the good efficiency.
控制产品切换的时间，保证设备利用率达到或超过设定的目标。
5.keep the clean and maintenance of equipment, feedback the machine fault.
随时保持设备的干净，定期保养设备，遇到故障及时汇报。
6.safety production, 5S
安全生产，随时保持物料、半成品、成品堆放整齐和周边区域的清洁（5S）。
