职位信息
- 岗位职责：
- 1. Daily process issue solving
2. Establish and improve Process parameter, and make the process parameter cards
3. Analysis process potential risk with PFMEA and Make action to reduce the risk
4. Establish and improve SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), WI (Work Instruction) and OPL (One Point Lesson) and training operator
5. Assist R&D engineer to develop new product and new process
6. Process improvement and adjustment via cooperation with cross function people
7. Involving in automation cable project and provide valuable contribution in project launch
8. Applies project technical requirements into work requirement, process and tasks
9. Other tasks may be assigned
- 任职要求：
- 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in cable manufacture or mechanical manufacture
2. More than 4 years’ experience in automation cable industry work is mandatory
3. High initiative, self-motivated and hardworking attitude.
4. Open and good team work, demonstrate ability to work in a multi-cultural, matrix environment.
5. Specific knowledge
6. Good oral and written English skill
7. Proficient in CAD and Microsoft office
8. Familiar with the latest related standards
9. Familiar with the cable application.
10. Familiar with the manufacturing process for automation cables
11. Can independently draft SOP, WI, OPL
