岗位职责：: Overview:
This is a key role that progresses R&D designs through NPI into Pre then Mass production interfacing with International and local customers, coworkers & suppliers.
Key customers are mostly International Automotive TS 16949 EV [Electrical Vehicle]

You will need to produce robust, cost effective CT smart / time sensitive solutions to demanding requirements and implementation timescales.

Your solutions will be a mixture of MES S/W, EV Testing, H/W functional equipment & mechanical jigs and fixtures that together with your technician supports achieve Poke Yoke speed and yield optimized UPH / UPPH semi automation solutions.


Main Responsibilities:
1. Produce PPAP automotive standard P-FMEA’s for VDA 6.3 European auto makers.

2. Ability & experience to create and manage smart procurement specifications that are Poka Yoke and UPH superior to challenging cost of ownership price targets.

3. Ability and experience to test, review and optimize solutions together with internal and supplier engineers – take ownership of sign off’ s for such equipment

4. Complete trial runs with customers, identify and implement further improvement requirements and internal process [build, test, validate] improvements. Produce clear action plans and complete the improvements to agreed / customer defined time scales

5. Develop semi-automatic clear right first time solutions, detailed procurement specifications in AutoCAD where appropriate, own and achieve timely PSW’s.

6. Improve existing manufacturing cells, optimize processes via improved tooling designs, jigs & fixtures that demonstrably reduce bottlenecks [TOC smart] minimizing the needs for people where automation is possible with a practical R.O.I. [Targeting fully / automatic investments where practical and cost effective]

7. Review & propose equipment budgets.

8. Advise on repair, replacement, investments & faster set up times for equipment, machines, jigs and fixtures.

9. Able to produce LEAN P-FMEA layouts and cell CT data based estimates alongside complete process CT submissions that stand up to reasonable scrutiny.

10. The other task appointed by reporting managers.

任职要求：: Skills and Attributes
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Electrics Engineering or related.

2. Essential International standard spoken & written English.

3. Ability to assign tasks smartly to junior engineers and technicians that support new product [NPI] and improved / optimized existing production engineering demands.

4. Experience in PLC programming for industrial automatic solution, Intelligent manufacturing automation in parts machining or assembly industry is preferred.

5. Experience in ‘Lean’ product / tool / jig designs is essential.

6. A charismatic personality that is respected and the ability to teach and grade junior engineering and technician level staff on a peer not subordinate level.

7. Skilled in CAD such as Pro-E or similar.

8. Ability to be a respected and smart interfacing individual.
