职位信息

岗位职责：: 工作职责：

- Coordination and control of the production process in order to realize the planned production orders, respecting the quality standards requested by the client; 为实现生产计划订单，在满足客户的质量标准的前提下，协调并管控生产流程。

- Finding solutions for all the complaints from the client; 解决所有客户的投诉。

- Realisation of the planned production norm; 生产计划的实现。

- Achieving the quality standards requested by the client; 满足客户要求的质量要求。

- Management of the human resources and of the materials in his area of responsibility; 管理生产部的人员及物料。

- Knowledge and supervision of the application of the work procedures and instructions in collaboration with the Technical and Training departments; 与技术及培训部门配合，了解并监控按工作程序及作业指导书的执行。

- Knowledge and supervision of the application of the work and quality norms in collaboration with the Quality department; 与质量部合作，确保遵守质量标准。

- Knowledge and supervision of the application of the work health and safety norms; 了解职业健康及安全要求

- Ensuring the work discipline of the personnel in his subordination; 确保下属人员遵守纪律。

- Ensuring the cleanliness and order in his area of responsibility;确保责任区域内的5S。

职位要求：

- Bachelor in automotive, engineering, technic or mechanic; 本科学历，汽车、工程、技术或机械类专业；

- Fluent writing and speaking English; 流利的英语听说读写；

-Over 3 years of knowledge and experience about leading and organising production; 至少3年以上生产管理工作经验;

- Computer skills (MS Office) ;良好的计算机水平(MS office软件）

- Very good communication skills, negotiation skills, problem solving abilities; 优秀的沟通技能，谈判技巧及问题解决能力；

- Capacity of analysis ;有分析能力；

- Team spirit;团队精神；

- Capacity to work under stress conditions; 能在压力环境下工作;

- Knowledge of the quality standards specific to systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001 si ISO/TS16949;了解ISO 9001，ISO 14001/TS16949的质量标准。

任职要求：: 1.男性，高中以上学历，年龄28/40岁
2.英语四级以上，较好的英语听说读写能力
3.懂自动端子机、裁线机等相关设备的调试、操作，
4.具有较强的管理控制和指挥驾驭能力；
5.对问题考虑周密、反应敏捷、能够及时发现基层工作中带有倾向性问题、及时给予解决；
6.善于学习、知识面广、有较好的智力素质和丰富的管理经验，能够提出工作创新的意见、方法和方案；
7.具有较强的语言表达能力，有较强的工作事业心和责任感、勇于开拓进取、并且能够身体力行地带动下属人员共同努力完成各项工作任务；
8.对工作有自信心、处事果断、时间观念强、办事有序不乱、工作不拖拉、讲究效率。
