职位信息

岗位职责：: Initiate new projects utilizing technology and design approach that is new to C&D in order to develop new products, processes and materials leading to lower cost, simplified manufacturing, higher product quality, reliability and safety.

·        Initiate new projects in response to specific needs in the areas of product and component design.

·        Initiate or revise specifications, deviations, drawings and proposals as necessary for new products and current products.

·        Lead and manage product development projects jointly with Marketing Product Managers.

·        Monitor existing products and designs to assure continuing product integrity and cost effectiveness. Assure uniform product design approach to each product family.

·        Provide technical expertise for a product family to sales, marketing, customers and plants through the using of product specifications and drawings. Coordinate inputs from other engineers.

·        Provide directions and guidance to product engineers on product development. Provide ongoing training to other engineers, drafters and technicians. Develop, improve and standardize design tools, models and calculations, incorporate them in document control and train all engineers in using of them.

·        Actively maintain and develop functional s with global engineering team, to cooperate to develop products and keep close communication with global engineering team.

·        Cooperate with other departments to offer technical support related to product and technology.

·        Create positive and learning culture in the Product Design team.

·        Other tasks assigned by GM, Asia & CTO.

任职要求：: Bachelor degree above on Engineering, Chemical, Material Science related is a plus.

·     10 years above in R&D roles. 5 years above on managerial position.

·     Fluent English including speaking/writing.

·     Care people and would like to develop people.

·     Strong leadership and leadership skills.
