岗位职责：: 1.根据客户需求，配合完成新产品开发计划，并负责跟踪、协调确保开发计划预期完成；

According to customer’s requirements, assist to finish new program develop plan, in charge of following, coordinate and make sure plan is completed as expected;

2.协助产品设计，跟进项目开展情况，定期开展各阶段项目回顾；

Follow program developing situation, carry out project review regularly;

3. 与销售、工程、生产及客户多方沟通，有效解决开发过程中所发生的问题点；

Communicate with sales, engineering and production, solve out all problems in development process;

4.辅助开发项目的设计并完善相关的程序文件。

Assist to project design and complete related process documents.

任职要求：: 1.理工科本科以上学历，1年以上新产品项目开发工作经验，有汽车连接器工作经验优先考虑；

Science and engineering bechelor degree above, with over 3 years connectors design and develop experience, automotive connector experience is preferred;

2.熟悉汽车项目的APQP/PPAP/FMEA 流程手法，及项目管理工具；

Command APQP/PPAP/FMEA automotive project process, and project management tools;

3.有五金及塑胶产品项目开发经验优先；

ls and plastic project development experience is preferred;

4.英文程度良好，能熟练运用电脑相关办公软件，掌握CAD设计。

Good English , familiar with office software, command CAD design.
