职位信息

岗位职责：: 1.     组织新产品的验证   Organize   the validation of new products   -     审核产品尺寸/外观/测试验证过程和报告（如FAI & FAIR）   Review   validation process and report for product dimension/cosmetic/test etc (e.g.   FAI & FAIR).   -     审核产品的可靠性测试（如Reliability Test Plan）   Review reliability   test of a product (e.g. Reliability Test Plan).   -     审核产品的品质控制计划   Review   quality control plan of a product.   -     审核产品检查标准书   Review   standard inspection procedure of a product.   -     推动产品风险评估（如PFMEA）   Promote   risk uation of a product (e.g. PFMEA).   -     推动环保符合性调查（如RoHS/REACH Declaration，RMI）   Promote   environment compliance survey (e.g. RoHS/REACH Declaration, RMI).
  2.     组织处理内部品质问题   Organize   to internal quality issues   -     推动现场快速问题处理（如RPS）   Promote   quick problem solving at production floor (e.g. RPS).   -     审核内部品质问题处理报告和记录（如Internal-NCR，E-NCR，CAPA）   Review   quality report and record for internal quality issues (e.g. Internal-NCR,   E-NCR, CAPA).
  3.     组织处理外部品质问题和客户投诉   Organize   to solve external quality issues and customer complain   -     推动现场快速问题处理（如RPS）   Promote   rapid problem solving at production floor (e.g. RPS).   -     审核客诉问题处理报告和记录（如8D，E-NCR, CAPA）   Review   quality report and record for customer quality issues (e.g. 8D, E-NCR, CAPA).
  4.     统计、分析各阶段品质数据,并推动各部门改善,以达到目标   Statistic   and analysis quality data at different product stages, and promote the   improvement of concerned department to achive the goal   -     办公室SQDC看板更新   Review and   update office SQDC board.   -     周/月报告更新   Review and   update weekly/monthly quality report.   -     推动品质月会的召开   Promote   the convening of monthly quality meeting.
  5.     品质成本控制   Quality cost   control   -     定期Gemba，推动部门5S/CI等活动   Regular   Gemba, promote 5S/CI activities of the department.   -     推动MRB快速处理   Promote   rapid solving for MRB.

经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:


1.     跨国公司工作经验为佳。

Multinational company working experience preferred.

2.     大专或以上学历，3年以上同职位经验为佳。

Graduation from Jonior College or above, 3 year’s working experience as QE supervisor.

3.     熟悉内外部品质异常处理。

Familiar with internal and external problem solving.

4.     熟练的Excel, Word, Power Point等的应用及操作。

Familiar with Excel, Word, Power Point etc is preferred.

5.     英文听说读写熟练。

Familiar with written and oral English.

6.     熟悉品质数据统计分析的知识和常用工具（如8D、鱼骨图、5Why、SPC、Minitab等）

Familiar with basic knowledge and quality tools for problem solving (e.g. 8D, Fish Bone, 5 Why, etc.)
