职位信息

岗位职责：: 1.   主导测试测量产品关键制程工艺的开发和持续改善.   Lead the development and improvement of key production processes   relating to test and measurement area。
  2.   协调,支持,提供工治具的设计方案,来促进改善产品质量与效率.   Coordinate, support and provide design solution for fixtures, custom   tools, and improve product quality and efficiency   3.    评估和寻找新的技术,引进新的工具,设备,工艺. 专门设计用于射频,微波产品的加工设备   uate and research for new technology, introduce new tools,   equipment.specifically designed for RF/Microwave.
   4.   带领制程工艺技术人员及制程工程师，完成从FA到量产阶段的制程工艺确认和管理。        Lead the process   technicians and process engineers to complete the process development   ,validation and management from FAI to mass production.
  5.  协同COS精益生产团队，根据生产工艺流程优化生产车间布局。        To work with COS lean team   to optimize the layout according to the production proess .
   6.  带领制程工艺人员及跨部门的成员，不断优化和统一测试测量产品的加工艺，通过实现工位半自化等方式，消除手工技术所带来的制程不稳定的缺限从而提升产品性能的稳定性和降低不良率。       Lead process technicians and   cross-department members to continuously optimize and unify the processing   technology of test and measurement products. Through the realization of   semi-automated stations, etc to eliminate the process instability which caused   by manual process of operators ,thus improving the stability of product   performance and reduce defect rate.
   7.  作为工艺技术的沟通窗口与美国子公司工艺工程沟通相关生产工艺技术要求，完成相关工艺技术的导入。       As a communication window   for process technology, communicate the relevant production process technical   requirements with the process engineering of the American subsidiary, and   complete the introduction of related process technology.


经验及学历要求：



1.     大专及以上学历, 机械设计制造及其自动化或电子专业

College Degree or above, major in Mechanical design, manufacturing and automation or electronics

2.     至少3年线束产品工艺开发相关经验, 懂射频连接线加工工艺者优先考虑。

Minimum of 5 years of cable and wiring harness process development experience, high speed RF products experience is preferred.

3.     优先考虑聘用：

具有基本的RF信号的相关基本理论知识, 能够接合理论明白工艺如剥皮，焊接，切线等工艺对性能的影响，熟悉一般的高频产品的加工例如3.5mm,2.92mm,1.85mm射频连接器和连接线和高速差分信号连接线的加工工艺者优先考虑。

Have basic theoretical knowledge of RF products, differential signals and other products, with the basic theory that able to understand the effects of processes such as cable striping, soldering, cable cutting, and be familiar with the processing of general high-frequency products such as 3.5mm, 2.92mm, 1.85mm RF connector ,RF cable assembly and high speed digital cable assemblies is preferred.

4.     具有网络分析仪, 示波器, TDR等相关测试设备的操作经验更佳

Experience with Network Analyzers, oscilloscopes,TDR and other test equipment are perfect.

5.     良好的英语说写能力，良好的中文沟通能力。

Ability to write and speak in English ，good Chinese communication skills.

6. 工作细心,有条理,责任心强,具备团队精神和沟通协调能力.
