岗位职责：: lUnderstand and meet customer expectations according to the customer and internal metrics and contractual obligations.
根据客户和内部指标及合同义务, 了解并满足客户的期望,
lEstablish long-term strategies for customers in concurrence with internal ives.
根据公司内部目标为客户制定长期合作计划
lAssist and handle customer’s inquiries through email, phone, online presentations, and in-person meetings
通过电子邮件、电话、在线演示和现场会议协助和处理客户的咨询
lKeep current customers satisfied and maintain a close partnership with them
保持现有客户的满意度, 并与他们保持密切的合作关系.
lEnsure timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and ives
根据客户的需求和目标, 确保及时、成功的交付我们的产品.
lForecast and track key account metrics
预测和跟踪关键客户指标
lWork with the sales team to onboard and integrate new markets and develop existing customer s
与销售团队合作开发新市场, 发展现有客户群
lLiaise between customers and internal teams

lTravel and visit customers in Hong Kong or oversea after the elimination of COVID-19
新冠肺炎疫情消除后, 赴香港或海外出差及拜访客户

任职要求：: lBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business
本科或以上学历的工科或商科学历
lAt least 3 years sales experience in the industrial field
3年以上工业领域销售经验
lKnowledge of the cable industry will be a plus
具有电线/电缆行业知识优先考虑
lSelf-motivated and proactive, able to influence decision-makers at all levels
积极主动, 能够影响各级决策者
lExcellent communication and interpersonal skills

lFluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin
