岗位职责：: PDE Bulk Cable 原线材研发工程师
Responsibilities:
•Initiates design and development projects. Works in conjunction with Marketing/PM, Process Engineering and Operations Personnel on the development of new product.
•Design high performance cables utilizing company established formulas, materials and techniques.
•Maintain a System level understanding of customer application and the cable design/concept necessary for providing a solution to the customers’ challenge.
•Provides signal integrity / technical support to customers relating to application engineering and custom cable design.
•Provide Platform and Custom design solutions for high speed cable products and processes required to manufacture these products.
•Drive the development and release of product, scale-up through stage-gate reviews, ensuring milestone commitments are maintained.
•Act as a technical partner and provide support to sales/FAE teams. Attend/support customer meetings and site visits.
•Interface with TE’s global engineering teams in support of global high speed cable product development.
•Work with global manufacturing resources, procurement, and outside suppliers to meet all TE technical, quality, and cost ives

任职要求：: Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Physics, Master degree preferred.
·Experiences of electronic cable design, including materials, performance characteristics, safety standards, and typical customer requirements.
·A working knowledge of transmission line signal integrity concepts.
·Knowledge in material (metal/plastic) properties and industry standards.
