岗位职责：: 1.Be responsible for new product introduction. Provide introduction plan when management needs.
负责新产品的导入，必要时向管理层提供完整的导入计划；
2.Create drawing and work instruction d on customer specification.
根据客户要求制作图纸和作业指导书；
3.Communicate with oversea sales or customer to clarify customer specifications
与国外产品工程师或客户就图纸中的问题进行沟通和协调；
4.Take lead of production pilot run.
负责产线试生产
5.Continuously optimize process and product to reduce scrap and improve efficiency
不断优化工艺，协助生产降低报废，提高效率；
6.Preparation of new toolings and fixtures.
相关机器设备的询价与申购；
7.Guide and assist sample team to fabricate first article samples
指导和协助样品小组制作样品；
8.Take lead to finish PFMEA of new products
主导完成新产品的FMEA;
9.Other job assignment by supervisor.
工程部经理安排的其它工作。

任职要求：: 1.Bachelor degree in related mechanical or electronically Science/Engineering
大专及以上学历，机械或电子相关专业。
2.5+ years’ working experience as engineer in High Speed cable assembling companies
5年及以上高速线束行业工作经验
3.Good at English reading/writing, average speaking and listening is accepted.
英文读写熟练，能简单交流。
