岗位职责：: 工作职责
1、负责新产品开发的策划，目标设定，执行和管理工作。确保新产品开发按计划，进度，质量，成本有序进行，并能够顺利移转到后期研发NPI阶段；

Be responsible for planning, ive setting, execution and management of NPD. Ensure that NPD is carried out according to plan, schedule, quality and cost, and can be smoothly transferred to the stage of NPI;

2、负责在新产品开发的各个阶段的工程技术问题分析，检讨总结，及推动改进，确保产品开发验证完全满足设计需求，并做好详细的报告；

Be responsible for analyzing, reviewing and summarizing engineering and technical problems in each stage of new NPD, and promoting improvement to ensure that product development verification meets design requirements, and make detailed reports;

3、按新产品开发流程建立所有完善的新产品开发技术资料；

Established all engineering documents of NPD according to the new product development process;

4、负责追踪并完成样品阶段物料的采购申请，模具、治具、工装的申请，以及所有工程文件的准备；

Monitor the procurement of the materials, tooling, fixture and engineering documents preparation for the sample;

5、负责与客户及各部门之间的沟通，协调工作；

Guide to conduct effective communication with customer and within the organization.

任职要求：: 任职资格
1、工程或通信电子类相关大专或本科；

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Telecommunication and Electronic major related;

2、 3~5年以上线缆组件的新产品开发经验或相关行业项目管理经验；

3~5years related NPD experience on cable assembly business or project management experience in cable assembly field;

3、较好的客户沟通能力，良好的团队合作意识和组织协调能力；

Good communication skill between engineer, customer and cross-department. Strong team-work attitude and coordination ability to arrange resource;

4、具备很强的分析问题，解决问题的能力；

Good analytical and problem-solving skill;

5、精通AutoCAD, Office, Creo等软件；

Proficient in AutoCAD, Office, Creo and other softwares;

6、具有较强的学习能力、自我管理能力、计划能力，能够在压力环境下工作；

Fast learning ability of new knowledge, good self-management under big working pressure;
