电线制程工程师

职位信息

岗位职责：

1. 支持电线生产制造的直通率。参与安全，品质，效率、损耗相关的改善活动；
Support the through rate of cable manufacturing. Participate in safety, quality, efficiency, waste related improvement activities.
2. 主导电线生产精益持续改善，提高生产效率。包括设计线缆模具，改进设备，优化制程，新工艺引进；
Lead the continuous improvement of cable production, improve production efficiency, including cable die design, equipment improvement, process optimization, new process introduction.
3. 领导操作员，技术员配合主管进行持续改善；
Lead operators, technician to cooperate supervisor for continuous improvement.
4. 制定并改进作业指导书，流程图，PFMEA，能够更好的促进电线生产的顺利进行;
Write and improve SOP, FC, PFMEA which can better promote the smooth progress of cable production.
5. 参加与电缆相关的跨部门层级会议。解决电缆相关的问题。支持其它部门；
To join the trans-department meeting about cable problem, solve the cable problem for other department, support others department.
6.  解决电线车间重大异常，分析异常的原因，并做出对应的改善方案；
Solve major anomalies in the cable workshop, analyze the causes of anomalies, and make corresponding improvement plans.
7. 处理内外部电缆生产异常。当生产停线时，全力支持，快速反应，及时给出解决方案，当问题风险增加时能立即主动升级处理；
Handle the abnormal production of internal and external cables. When the production line stops, give full support, quick response and give solutions in time. When the risk of problems increases, take the initiative to upgrade immediately.
8. 支持参与和工艺相关的改善活动，或者其它所有关于线缆问题;
Support to participate in process related improvement activities, or all other cable problems.
9. 识别并主动报告生产安全风险，及时与生产组长或主管沟通潜在风险;
Identify and actively report production safety risks. And communicate potential risks with production team or supervisor in time.
10. 对电缆员工及其它有需要的同事进行电缆方面的技术指导和培训，并能够开展考核;
Conduct technical guidance and training for cable operators and other colleagues in need, be able to carry out assessment
11. 支持NPD开发新产品。主导新产品中电缆异常的分析与解决;
Support NPD to develop new products. Analysis and solution of abnormal cable in new products.
12. 主导电缆新产品验证、试样、小批量运行。制定新产品工艺标准。评估生产工时。评估质量控制重点，制定生产过程及检测时的品质注意事项;
Lead the validation, build sample and small batch operation of new cable products., Edit new product process standards. uate production hours. uate the key points of quality control and edit the production process and quality precautions during testing
13. 主导内部电缆产品的OQ\PQ验证。协助电缆供应商的OQ\PQ验证;
Lead OQ / PQ verification of internal cable products. Assist cable supplier in OQ / PQ verification.
14. 评估新产品的工艺，适当时与采购配合寻找新产品所需的设备，并建立新设备验收标准;
uate the process of new products, cooperate with the purchase to find new equipment for new products and build acceptance standards for new equipment.

任职要求：

1. 精通至少三类电缆制造设备操作（押出、包带、成缆、缠绕、绞铜）
At least three types of cable manufacturing equipment operation are proficient (extrusion\wrapping\cabling\spiral shielding\copper stranding)
2.能够分析和处理生产中的各种技术问题（机械性能：伸长，抗张，摇摆；电气性能：电容，阻抗，低噪音，延迟）
Able to analyze and deal with various technical problems in production (mechanical properties: elongation, tension, bending; electrical properties: capacitance, impedance, low noise, delay)
3. 新产品开发、质量控制、生产工艺改进和生产设备创新能力;
New product development, quality control, production process improvement and production equipment innovation capabilities.
4.能够编制电缆技术文件（SOP、FC、PFMEA）并组织实施和改进;
Able to write cable technology documents （SOP ,FC,PFMEA) and organize implementation and improvement.
5. 有ERP系统操作经验;
Experience in ERP operate system.
6. 熟悉电缆结构和设计;
Familiar with cable structure and design.
7.良好的数据分析能力  （SPC CPK MSA ）;
Good data analysis ability.
8.良好的沟通能力和合作精神;                                                                                                                                                                     Good communication skills and cooperation spirit.
9.具备工作内容书面化汇报技能;
Have written reporting skills of work content.
