职位信息

岗位职责：

1.According to the production plan, organize operators to fulfil production task on time.
根据生产计划组织操作人员按时完成生产任务;
2.Manage and follow up production plan adjustment. Review and adjust the schedule where needed.
管理和跟踪计划调整,根据需要调整生产安排。
3.Determine the human resources required.
根据需求确定所需人员，报上级安排。
4.Lead operators to comply with the company regulations, and eliminate the hidden danger;
管理操作人员遵守公司规章制度，消除隐患;
5.Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
严格执行健康和安全程序。
6.Monitor quality standards of products. Make quality records.
管控生产质量标准。做好各项质量记录。
7.Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality ives.
执行质量改善计划。
8.Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems. Report problem on time.
分析解决生产中出现的各种问题，不能解决及时上报。
9.Manage production efficiency and scrap.
管控生产效率和报废。
10.Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
执行持续改善计划。
11.Prepare and maintain production reports.
完成各项生产报告。
12.Trouble shooting when abnormality happened;
出现异常时及时处理与上报
13.Other jobs assigned by supervisor.
上级安排的其它事项。

任职要求：

1.High school or college graduation.
高中或大专学历。
2.Job Related Experience 工作经验:
3. 2+ years’ working experience in multinational corporation
2年以上外企工作经验。
4.2 years production line management experience 
4年以上生产线管理相关工作经验。
5.Cable assembly related working experience preferred.
有电缆制造相关经验优先。
