岗位职责：

Description

1. Responsible for employee resident and permit program.
2. Responsible for flexible working time and composite working time system applications. 
3. Responsible for employees social insurance accounts transfer and filing.
4. Responsible for employee documents and database establishment and maintenance including employees’ information entry and update, contract documentation and tracking, etc.
5. Responsible for E-recruiting system data entry and maintenance.
6. Responsible for time-off, leaves and OT record, sheet maintenance and update and prepare monthly report for supervisors/managers.
7. Assist with recruiting and hiring process, including job posting, in-coming resumes prescreening and telephone interview, in-house interview arrangement and following up, etc. 
8. Assist with student pipeline program, including arranging monthly workshop, hiring students, students attendance record , etc.
9. Assist with employee insurance claim procedures and paperwork.
10. Routine HR duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, paperwork, translation, etc.
11. Assist with government paperwork and documents. 
12. Assist with Benefit Survey information accumulation.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements 
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, English or other related fields;
2. Good English writing and speaking skills. CET-6 or above.
3. Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
4. Maintain strict confidentiality concerning all aspects of employees and company information.
5. Professional and able to work with minimal supervision; 
6. Detail oriented with good organizational and communication skills;
7. Good team player. Open and passionate about work;
8. Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner;
9. Strong self motivation.
