职位信息

岗位职责：: Mechanical Engineers are responsible for providing mechanical designs and technical expertise to product development teams. Engineers are expected to provide innovative solutions in the development of injection molded plastic products to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, and program delivery targets. He will be expected to be methodical and detail-oriented with a thorough approach to problem solving, good communication skills, and a team-oriented work ethic, comfortable being part of an international team working in Shenzhen with partners in the United States. Additional duties will include:

・ Prototype Development and Analysis

・ Troubleshooting and finding root cause for any failures or manufacturing issues.

・ Product Design and verification of mechanical systems utilizing 3D CAD tools

・ Cradle-to-grave engineering: 50% Design Processes, 50% Project Management.

・ Capable of carrying a design of our industry-specific needs from inception to introduction and beyond including assisting with the layout of production processes, generating test plans and maintaining design, cost and quotation database throughout development.

・ Analyze engineering sketches

・ Develop solid models based on conceptual ideas.

・ Define and develop material specifications for all components.

・ Be comfortable with sourcing and leading manufacturing processes

Requirements:

・ Master's of Science in Mechanical Engineering

・ 5+ years experience as a mechanical engineer.

・ Direct involvement in the successful development of at least two complex electronic-mechanical products from concept through release to production.

・ Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D CAD programs.

・ Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

・ Ability to perform engineering analysis on a new product design

・ Knowledge of injected molded plastics.

・ Experience with design for manufacturability and reliability

・ Utilize PDM and production control software and graphics packages to develop thoroughly documented assemblies, BOMs and assembly instructions.

・ Experience in designing mechanical casing around electronic components.

・ Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal in English (minimum CET 6)
