- 岗位职责：
- Basic Requirements:
- Have skill or ininteresting with LCD drive,electric circuit,SEM/FTIR,LCD tester.
- Can basiclly understand analysis sesults of LCD drive,LCD design,material characters.
- Have basical knowledge as similer as university.
- Good communication skill and fluently writing and speaking in English (CET4 certificate holder)(It is better to be able to understand & communicate by Janpanese)
- Have experiences of proccess,technology for LCD
- Can business trip everyday as max.
- Have toughness against mental pressure.
- Can use normal software genealy (excel,ppt,word)
Main Responsibilities:
- By analysis,need to find “root cause”,and consider & proposal improvement action with communicating related persons.
- By control & watching quality status for LCD EMS factory,need to avoid leackage of failure from EMS.
- Finaly improve customer quality status.
Challenge Statement:
- For analysis of big issue,find real root cause and arrange to improve it prevent leakage of LCD failure and prevent big issue before shipment.
