Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountability) 1.Collaborating with business development/ program manager in establishing client's procedures 2.Accurately interpret client's procedures into working documents so operation team can understand and execute with minimum discrepancy 3.Coordinate all activities between clients, selling office and operating offices. 4.Handle day-to-day enquiries from external or internal customers 5.Prepare client activity report summary timely per client's request 6.Suggest improvements on client's or internal procedure for continuous improvement 7.Can sense potential problems that may lead to customer's dissatisfaction or BV internal processes difficulties
