岗位职责：

CFO



For our subsidiaries in Suzhou,we are searching a our CFO in China. The scope of activities includes an overall responsibility for accounting, controlling, reporting, treasury and finance as well as administrative functions, HR and in the start-up phase logistics.

You have to report to the General Manager and to the mother company in Germany.




Your Profile:


Education

・ University degree in Finance and Accounting or comparable qualification

・ Chinese (mother tongue) and English fluent (written and spoken)




Working Experience

・ At least 7 years of working experience as an accounting and finance manager in an international industrial company or WOFE (European or American invested company)

・ At least 2 years in a leading position in an international industrial company

・ Preferable first experience in formation of a local company.




Professional Knowledge

Human Resources and Administration:

・ Operating experience in organizing the hole administration of a WOFE (i.e. contact to local authorities, Chinese legislation, insurances, responsible for setting-up internal operating organization)

・ Experience in recruiting new employees 

・ Good Knowledge in ERP Systems (e.g. Kingdee) and Microsoft Office 



Accounting and Controlling:

・ In-depth understanding of financial issues 

・ Profound experience in Chinese accounting (General ledger, Pay Roll, A/R, A/P) and responsible for financial statements

・ Excellent knowledge in yearly operative budgeting and strategic planning 

・ Knowledge in international accounting standards

・ Experience in Reporting to the international mother company

・ Good knowledge in operative and project controlling



Tax:

・ Deep knowledge in Chinese VAT, income taxes and import/export taxes / customs



Treasury:

・ Experience in Cash flow planning and the managing of bank accounts




You should dispose strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as communicational and organisational skills. During daily affairs you profit from your entrepreneurial thinking and your outstanding negotiation skills.
