任职要求： Job Requirement:
岗位要求：
1. Above university degree, major in mechanism and electric;
大专以上学历，机械或电气相关专业;
2. Minimum 5 years’ engineering and maintenance experience preferably in a multi-national company;
至少五年以上外资企业工程及维修相关工作经验;
3. Above 2 years’ work experience in production engineering, have the management experience is prior;
两年以上生产工程相关工作经验，有管理经验者优先考虑;
4. Good command of English in writing and reading;
熟练的英语读写能力;
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
良好的人际关系及优秀的沟通能力;
6. Proficient in computer skills, familiar with AutoCAD & PLC especially.
电脑操作熟练，尤其能够熟练的使用AutoCAD 和 PLC.
7. Lean knowledge and training experience is a must.
曾参加过精益生产培训并熟悉相关知识。

职位职责： Job Responsibilities:
岗位职责：
1. Follow up the new projects of Engineering & Maintenance department;
工程维修部新项目的追踪;
2. Overall responsible for new equipment installation testing and debugging;
全面负责新机器的安装与调试;
3. Update the equipment’s database and running record;
机器设备资料库及其运行状况记录更新;
4. Make the maintenance plan and spare part list;
制作维修计划和零配件清单;
5. Draft and revise the machine operation SOP;
制订与修改新设备运转的作业指导书;
6. Support maintenance team to solve the technical problems;
给维修团队提供技术问题方面的支持;
7. Other task assigned by engineering & maintenance manager;
工程及维修部经理安排的其它工作任务。
