岗位职责：

Qualifications：



1）Bachel degree above



2）Ability to speak and write in English 



3）At least 5years experience in production management in foundries 



4）Ability to wk in cross-functional, global team environment



5）Know foundry technology, process and equipments very well



6）Knowledge of Non Destructive testing procedures such as but not limited to Ultrasonic, Magnetic particle, Radiography.



7）Know welding process and equipments very well, most specifically must be intimately aware of Steel casting Arc out & rewelding procedures





Responsibilities：



1) To meet cpate goals on productivity, quality and services, production plan implementation,



2) Continuously improve 5S management in casting wkshop,



3) Ensure operation procedures are followed strictly accding to the cpate guidelines



4) Ensure quality of the operation and products



5）Train the operats and improve their professional skill,



6）Responsible f meeting customers’ delivery schedules， 



7）Acable f the inventy and ensure its accuracy and integrity



8）Provide good leadership to resolve production, engineering and quality issues and problems



9)Other duties assigned by management.





SALARY：



1)To be negotiated but total remuneration is unlikely to be an obstacle f a well qualified candidate.



2)Total compensation to include Competitive Base Salary plus a Bonus based on the 

profitability of the whole of AGS. Bonus targeted at 15 of base salary.
