岗位职责：: (1)负责根据标准和电缆设计要求，制定负责产品的生产工艺文件，并保证其有效性。
Compile production process documents according to standards and requirement of cables design, guarantee their effectiveness.
(2)负责设计生产的工装和模具。
Design process equipment in production and mould.
(3)负责新产品的开发生产，及有关工艺方面的设计和验证。
Develop and produce new products, design and check issues of process.
(4)完成年度的工艺技术改进计划；并根据实际情况作持续改进
Complete improving plan of process technique annually and continue improving according to situation.
(5)支持分管产品的外部及内部相关NCR的关闭
Support closing NCR of inner part and external part of products.
(6)对生产过程中遇到的工艺和质量问题进行及时有效的解决
Solve issues of process and quality in production timely.
(7)工艺文件的制定和落实，充分考虑材料和生产效能，完成降耗指标
Compile and implement process documents. Considering the efficiency of material and production, meet the target of reducing energy.
(8)参与对有关人员的培训，使工艺和质量要求能够有效实施
Train related personnel to effectively implement the requirement of process and quality.

任职要求：: (1)工科本科毕业，电气绝缘和电缆专业优先
Engineering background of college degree, major in electrical insulation and cables are preferred.
(2)熟悉电缆的生产，设备和工艺流程。
Be familiar with cables production, facilities and process.
(3)了解基本的原材料性能和电缆试验等
Know properties of basic materials and cables experiments.
(4)熟悉相关质量问题分析及改善工具
Be familiar with tools of quality problems analysis and improvement.
(5) 英语读写能力佳
English is good in Spoken & reading & written.
