岗位职责：: 1. Participate in the company's new product development and design
参与公司新产品的开发和设计
2. Responsible for the structural feasibility analysis and program design of products according to the task book
根据任务书负责产品的结构可行性分析和方案设计
3. Design, improve, verify and optimize the product structure, and select the related parts of the structure
设计、改进、验证和优化产品结构，并选择产品的相关部件
4. Output 2/3D drawings of products, output BOM list
输出2/3D产品图纸，输出BOM清单
5. Responsible for directing first production and improvement
负责指导生产和改进
6. Participate in the company's new project technical support work
参与公司新项目的技术支持工作
7. Complete other work arranged by department in time
及时完成部门安排的其他工作

任职要求：: 1.机械设计或相关专业本科以上学历，英语听说读写能力熟练
2. 5年以上塑料制品及结构设计经验
3. 熟悉塑料件等产品的设计和工艺流程及要求，能够发现问题并分析缺陷原因;熟练使用office办公软件、2D、3D软件;熟悉塑料件公差链标准及相关产品。
4.良好的语言表达和沟通能力;
5.较强的学习能力和接受新事物的能力;
6.具备良好的专业技术能力、创新能力、抽象思维能力
