职位信息

岗位职责：

1.研究，开发，试样和认证新的屏蔽和绝缘材料
To research, develop, trial and qualify new shielding material and insulation material
2.同美国材料团队，供应商和研发团队共同研究高分子材料，和其复合的屏蔽材料如PET铝/铜箔，PP铝/铜箔，PI铝/铜箔，FEP铝/铜箔等，以及使用的胶水对高速线缆的性能和可靠性的影响
To work with the local, U.S teams and suppliers to develop new Polymer Materials, the polymer d laminate shielding materials and the adhesive. And help the teams understand how it could impact the SI and manufacturing technology
3.确定材料应用方案，进行材料配方设计和优化
To help define the recipes, trial and improve.

任职要求：

1.3年及上工作经验
At least 3 years of relevant experience
2.本科及以上学历，高分子材料、材料科学与工程或相关专业。
Bachelor or above, Mater preferred in Polymer Materials Science and Engineering or related
3.熟练掌握材料的制备、测试和优化的技能，有扎实的理论知识背景
To be familiar with material testing equipment 
4.熟悉高分子材料的物理、力学、化学和生物学性质
Solid knowledge and good understanding of Polymer Materials
5.英文流利确保和美国材料研发团队的的有效沟通
Fluent English to make sure effective communications with the U.S team.
6.工作态度积极，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
