职位信息

岗位职责：: 你的角色
确保产品和服务符合既定的质量标准和要求，职位涉及监督质量保证流程、实施质量控制、保持高质量。

你的责任，如下所述，但不限于：
质量体系管理和审核
-维护提高质量，推动持续改进以确保符合质量要求。
-执行审计计划，包括内外部审计（视情况而定）。

NPI/NPD质量保证
-监督新产品引入（NPI）和新工艺开发（NPD）的质量方面，确保在整个产品生命周期内满足质量要求，在批量生产前实现能力。
-更新产品FMEA，以识别、缓解已知和潜在故障，提高产品质量并制定计划。

过程质量控制执行
-监督过程中的质量活动，确保生产过程/配方/标准等在制造过程中符合规定。
-与生产团队密切合作，找出质量问题，实时提供指导和支持，实施有效纠正措施并防止再次发生。

客户质量管理
-通过调查问题和协调所有必要的行动来管理和解决/预防客户投诉。
-及时沟通更新，以保持客户满意度。

供应商质量监控
-评估供应商绩效，分析质量数据，以确定趋势和机会
改进。
-处理供应商关于原材料质量的投诉。与团队协调解决问题，并将采取的纠正措施告知供应商。

ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Responsible for ensuring products and services meet the established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves overseeing quality assurance processes,implementing quality control measures, maintain high levels of quality.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As elaborated but not limited below,

Quality System Management and Audits
-Maintain and enhance the Quality,drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance to Quality.
-Execute audit plans including Internal,regulatory as appropriate.

NPI/NPD QA
-Oversee quality aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Process Development (NPD), ensuring QPs are met throughout the prodUuct lifecycle and capability is achieved before Mass Production.
-Update Product FMEA to identify and mitigate known & potential failures to drive improved Product quality and generate Quality Assurance Plans.

In-Process QC Execution
-Oversee in-process quality control activities to ensure that production processes / recipes/ criteria etc. meet defined quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing processes.
-Work closely with production teams to identify quality issues in
real-time, providing guidance and support to implement effective corrective actions and prevent recurrence.

Client Quality Management
-Manage and resolve / prevent customer complaints by investigating issues and coordinating all required actions.
-Communicate timely updates to maintain customer satisfaction.

Supplier Quality Monitoring
-uate supplier performance,analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for
improvement.
- Address supplier complaints regarding raw material quality. Coordinate with teams to resolve issues and inform suppliers of corrective actions taken.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
-At least 8 years of working experience in manufacturing, preferably in the quality area from cable or electronic industry.
-Strong leadership abilities and skills in collaboration and coordination with other departments, both internally and externally.
- Work Attitude: Practical, serious, and realistic work attitude.
-Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and drive continuous product quality improvement.
-Teamwork and Communication: Excellent communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills.
-Goal Orientation: Target and performance-oriented mindset.
-Good English as a working language.
