岗位职责：

工作职责：
1、According to market forecast, sales data and production volume, conduct data analysis and develop plant planning master plan & strategies. Be able to keep good communication with customers and focus on meeting customer requirements.
根据市场预测，销售数据和生产量，去分析和完善工厂生产计划和制定战略方，能够很好的和客户沟通 尽可能的满足客户要求。
2、Release manufacture order to production according to MPS.
根据物料计划下工单给生产。
3、Track the schedule fulfilment status daily to ensure the customer order delivery date.
每天追踪产线的完成情况以保证客户出货。
4、Control the plant overall inventory and conduct inventory analysis. Be familiar with MRP process and need work out effective purchasing plan via MRP process.
控制工厂库存，分析库存，处理库存，熟练MRP流程， 制定出高效的采购需求。
5、Capacity management to balance daily input per line and outlook 3months capacity demand.
预测后续3个月的产能需求，并作产能管理平衡日投入计划。

任职要求：

任职要求：
1、College or above 大专及以上学历，工商管理、物流管理等相关专业；
2、Job Related Experience 工作经验:At least 2-3 years planner work experience in cable industry is required. 至少2-3年的线缆行业计划工作经验；
3、Read & written English skill is required.英语读/书写熟练
Well application of MS-Office, excellent at Excel.
熟悉办公软件，精通EXCEL
Be familiar with ERP knowledge and skills熟悉ERP软件
Business 业务知识 :Project management项目管理
Be familiar with ERP system 熟悉ERP系统
Be of Accountability具有责任感。
