职位信息

岗位职责：: Job Deions:

1、在设备经理的领导下，配合、安排、指导和监护电气设备的日常维修保养工作。确保系统安全生产，并符合安全、环保、健康等相关规范，做好日常报修记录；
Under the leadership of the Maintenance Manager, coordinate, arrange, guide and monitor the daily maintenance of electrical equipment. Ensure the safety production of the system, and comply with the safety, environmental protection, health and other relevant specifications, and make daily repair records;
2、协助建立和维护BCM设备预防性维修体系，包括维护设备预防维修程序、PM计划建立和实施、维护设备维修记录、维修成本管理；
Assist in establishing and maintaining the preventive maintenance system of BCM equipment,including preventive maintenance procedures, establishment and implementation of PM plan, maintenance records and maintenance cost management;
3、协助建立BCM设备档案管理框架、并建立和完善图纸、DTR、MMP等文件以及设备的检查、维修及改造记录；
Assist in establishing BCM equipment file management work, establish and improve drawings, DTR, MMP and other documents, as well as equipment inspection, maintenance and transformation records;
4、配合设备经理编制设备的SOP文件，并根据需要及时对SOP进行修改；
Cooperate with the Maintenance Manager to prepare the SOP document of the equipment, and modify the SOP in time according to the requirement;
5、负责设备电气的安装和调试；
Responsible for the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment;
6、负责设备故障的原因分析与总结，设备电气性能的改进及改造工程的电气设计工作；
Responsible for the cause analysis and summary of equipment failure, improvement of equipment electrical performance and electrical design of transformation project;
7、每月对电气备品备件进行检查和确认；
Check and confirm electrical spare parts every month;
8、负责电工日常工作的指导；
Direct daily electric work;
9、每月进行工作总结和下月计划；
Monthly work summary and next month plan;
10、收集设备资料，确认设备电气资料的完整并及时归档；
Collect equipment data, confirm the integrity of equipment electrical data and file in time;
11、负责与设备相关的内、外审计（包括ISO9001）的配合工作。确保所有设备运行和维护活动符合要求；
Responsible for the cooperation of internal and external audit (including ISO9001) related to equipment. Ensure all equipment operation and maintenance activities meet the requirements;
12、签订安全责任书，保证在工作过程中不发生安全事故。
Sign the safety responsibility letter to ensure no safety accident in the process of work.

任职要求：: Qualifications：

1、大专及以上学历, 机械、电气相关专业；
College degree or above in mechanical、electrical or related major;
2、两年以上工程技术或设备维护经验；
More than two years’ engineering or equipment maintenance experience;
3、团队合作能力，良好的沟通和分析能力，有独立计划和执行日常任务的动力；
Teamwork, good communication and analytical abilities, take initiative and perform daily tasks independently
4、熟悉生产制造设备工艺流程、设备结构及原理；具备问题识别和解决能力，机械设计基础知识扎实，了解设计标准；
Know the manufacturing equipment process, equipment structure and principle; have the ability to identify and solve problems, solid basic knowledge of mechanical design, understand the design standards;
5、熟悉office办公软件、Auto CAD、Solid works等绘图软件；
Familiar with office software, Auto CAD, Solid Works and other drawing software;
6、良好的英文听说读写能力。
Good spoken and written English.
