　　岗位职责、工作内容

　　- 根据产品要求对设计图纸进行工艺方案、工艺流程计划、相关指导书等工艺文件。

　　-Design product manufacturing process 、process plan, work instruction, etc. process documents.

　　- 负责对生产现场工艺的持续改进和生产效率的提高;

　　- Improve process and efficiency in PVC cable workshop

　　- 负责电线生产模治具，包装的设计与改进;

　　- Design the process tooling and packing.

　　- 参与客户投诉相关产品质量问题的处理;

　　-Deal with the quality problem for customer complaint with other Dept.

　　- 负责制定PVC或无卤电缆料及相关辅材的采购规范;

　　- Prepare purchase spec of PVC or HF materials and relative supplement materials.

　　- 负责对产品工时定额的确认;

　　- Confirm production man-hour.

　　- 与产品开发人员协作，参与新产品的设计开发，负责新产品工艺设计及工装模具设计准备;

　　- Join new product design with product engineer, responsible for process design and process tooling design.

　　- 指导员工正确实施生产工艺，与品管部密切合作，分析解决电线生产中的工艺问题;

　　- Training operators for right working, analysing process question with quality Dept.

　　- 上级交办的其他事宜。

　　- Fulfill the other tasks required by manager of department.

　　招聘要求：

　　3-5年 / 大专以上 / 全职 / ¥面议
