Responsibilities: 1.timely and accurate training needs analysis and draft annual training plan so that the training programs are well planned. 2.Source, evaluate and manage training venders so as to provide the best training solutions with the lowest cost. 3.Manage training courses well so as to make the training delivered with high efficiency. 4.Set up and continuously improve training system so as to make training run smoothly and with good infrastructure
Requirement: 1.Bachelor Degree or above. 2.Familiar with IT hardware and software maintenance. 3.Good command of both spoken and written English. 4.Overtime work is needed sometimes.
