- 岗位职责：
- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY TASK:
+ Develop manufacturing process for cable assembly products;
+ Trouble-shooting for cable assembly process efficiency and yield ratio improvement;
+ Design tooling and fixture;
+ Implement Kaizen events;
+ Other tasks assigned by superior.
- 任职要求：
- REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor degree in engineering related major;
+ 3 years or above process development experience in electronic assembly industry, familiar with fixture and tooling design;
+ Proven excellent problem-solving skills with high degree of accountability;+ Good interpersonal skills;
+ Independent, initiative and self-motivated, and be able to work under pressure and deadline;
+ Experience in cable assembly industry will be a plus but not a must.
